Alexander founded Muscle + Massage with a simple idea: care should feel personal. After years working in rehabilitation and manual therapy settings, he set out to create a practice that puts people first. His approach is inspired in part by the community healers he grew up hearing about in Croatia, where attention, connection, and skilled hands-on care matter as much as technique.
