Is this more like physical therapy or spa massage?
It’s different from both. Our approach blends informed manual therapy techniques with the benefits of massage, creating care that supports lasting improvements.
Can I use my HSA or FSA card for sessions?
Yes, we accept HSA and FSA cards just like credit cards. In many cases, massage therapy is considered an eligible expense, though some plans may require a physician’s note. If your card doesn’t process directly, we’ll provide an itemized receipt that you can submit to your provider for reimbursement.
Will I be sore after a session?
Sometimes, especially if we focus on tight or restricted areas. Any soreness is usually mild and temporary. Most people feel looser, lighter, and more mobile within a day or two.
Do I need a referral from a doctor?
No. You can book directly without a referral. If you’re under the care of a physician, we’re happy to coordinate your sessions so they support your overall treatment plan.
